A 50:50 blend of our classic 72% Karnatakan single estate and  Keralan single  chocolate laced with raw cacao nibs and dusted with mineral rich coconut sugar from Tamil Nadu (only 35 on the glycemic index) for extra crunch and texture and slightly added sweetness.

The unique soil, topographical and weather conditions in South India give our beans and chocolate their unique fruity and zesty flavour.

Our single estate Karnatakan cacao has a robust flavour profile with prominent acidity, fruitiness, hints of raisin and tobacco.
