This cacao powder is made entirely from organic cacao beans sourced from farmers in Southern India.
We have made our powder with a higher percentage of cacao butter for a lush and well rounded flavour.
While most commercial cacao powders undergo a chemical alkalising process to darken the colour and alter the taste, ours in completely natural. Learn more about this in our blog on the use of non-alkalised cacao powder.
