SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Weguarantee.in is committed to delivering your order in good quality packaging within 7 days. We dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. Please note, we may dispatch your order in multiple shipments to preserve the freshness of the products.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship our products across India. Please enter your pincode in the pincode validator to view the products available in your area.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Can we partner with you for offline sales or distribution?
For distribution and supply related queries, please send your contact number, email, location, pincode, and requirements to Info@weguarantee.in so we can forward your request to the sales team in your area.

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?
If you receive a damaged order, please call our customer care at +919453033424 or email us at Info@weguarantee.in , mentioning your Order ID. Please share an image of the damaged products as well.

How is my order shipped?
We currently ship our ambient range pan-India via courier. Our ambient range includes products from Grocery and Gourmet products to Chemical free Cosmetic Products . These products are shelf stable at room temperatures. After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier partners. Please note, we may ship your orders in multiple shipments.

Can I edit, cancel, or return my order?
For cancellations, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. At this time, we are unable to edit the contents of your order after it is confirmed.
